I think the idea of having a funeral before you die is brilliant! Felix Bush (Robert Duvall) character reminds me of some of my own family! He is an old hermit, who lives in an old cabin out on three hundred acres. Movie is set in the 30s, Felix seems haunted by what has happened to him in his early past, so much so that he never moves on but stays a prisoner to his own guilt. His idea of having his own funeral before he dies comes with a few revealing secrets.
