I finally met a friend who lives close to the camp~! If you haven’t been reading my blog you might not know we bought an old Forest Service ranger station in Oregon on the Siuslaw River. Anyways, omg.. it’s been quite a journey this past year!! Life changing really, so many days of cleaning, painting, fixing , hammering, moving, and rebuilding… the list is just too long and boring to talk about!! It’s been lonely at times too, although a lot of our friends and relatives came to see us during the summer. This is our first winter here, it’s a bit dreary sometimes raining for days. I lost my train of thought so, back to the tea party… I met a really nice lady at church and she invited me for tea!! It was wonderful visiting her amazing 1920’s white adorable house right on the river. We had tea and talked and laughed…funny how just a mere act of kindness can change ones entire week! xo
