8 thoughts on “I Sold it! Chanel no 46 Perfume Vintage unopened bottle!”
I have a full bottle of Chanel number 46. How much did it sell for? Thank you.
I sold it on OnlineAuction.com for $ 225. Yours could bring more on the auction now that was a few years ago. The bottle I had was exceptional with cut stopper never opened. thanks 🙂

I have found an unopened bottle of Chanel No. 46 in my parents’ attic. It is in the original box. It has been stored in less than optimal conditions (temperature, etc.) for decades. I have seen various discussions online about this perfume, but, again, mine has been stored in an attic. Do you think it has any value today?
Hi Anthony! I sold mine for $225.00 on OnlineAuction.com. It had a nice bottle, with original stopper that was sealed, and it also had a cord around the seal. I actually thought about wearing the perfume but the stopper was so tight I decided to leave it alone and sell it. If it doesn’t look like anything has been tampered with and no perfume has leaked out maybe just fine? This is a rare perfume!
Hope this helps! thanks! Val

I want to encourage that you continue your great work, have a nice weekend!
I also have a bottle of Chanel No 46 brought back from France by my Dad who was in the US Army and sent on leave to France and Switzerland by the Army. Chanel No 46 has a dramatic history. The bottle has been resting in a drawer for a long time. Although it seems to not have all of the original seal I am sure it was never opened. I guess I will never sell it because I want 5,000.00 for it. It comes with a copy of my Dads Army orders to shows that he was ordered to go on leave in France and Switzerland at that time by orders of the US Army. Also I have a Bottle of Shock by Schiaparelli also brought back from Europe with the Chanel. The Schiaparelli has original strings and seal. Very lovely .Very simple. Thank you . I have again begun to look into shoe boxes with things that are possible treasures. Looking forward to getting surprises from new discoveries.
I have a unopepened bottle of EAU DE COLONOGNE N05 chanel PARIS AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW iWOULD GO ABOUT TRYING TO SALE IT
I still have the bottle of Chanel #46 and the bottle of Schiaparelli Shock both unopened. The history around #46 is quite interesting and therefore makes this a conversation piece. What is also interesting is that I had contacted Chanel.com and asked for information about this particular number of Chanel. I received an e-mail back that said that there was no Chanel number 46. lol , and here I was with it in my hand. As I have gotten older in life I realize even the experts need room to reconsider an answer or two to inquiries. you would think Chanel would know about number 46 just because it’s part of history. I patiently waited and then , of course, I received a second e-mail, confirming that yes Chanel did make a number 46 and in the e-mail was the history of the ingredients. years ago i would be bothered by this process of events but now an older , wiser me, lol, can predict the future, lol, well some of it. These things make my day a little lighter, realizing that not everyone knows everything , cause we are all human and that is a delight. lol Have a good day.
